At M2adventure, we encourage people to step outside their comfort zones, try new things, explore places off the beaten path, and meet people from different backgrounds.
We believe traveling is not just about visiting famous attractions. It's also about discovering local cultures, sharing experiences, making new friends, and sometimes taking a different road to see where it leads.
We also believe in traveling responsibly, respecting the local environment and communities, and making a positive contribution to the places we visit.
OUR STORY
Get to Know Us
M2adventure was started in Shanghai by Miller and Mariane, a Chinese-French couple who met on a hiking trip and discovered they shared the same passion for traveling and the outdoors.
What started as weekend hikes with friends gradually grew into a travel community. As more people joined our adventures, we began organizing trips further across China and Asia, eventually turning our hobby into M2adventure in 2014.
Over the years, we've explored mountains, villages, cities, and some of the most beautiful corners of China with travelers from all over the world.
Today, we organize cultural and adventure tours across China, from discovering Shanghai's local food and neighborhoods to exploring Tibet's mountains and monasteries, traveling along the ancient Silk Road through Xinjiang, experiencing the vast grasslands of Inner Mongolia, and discovering Harbin's winter wonderland.
A lot has changed since our early hiking days, but our idea of a great trip remains the same: discover something new, experience local life, meet interesting people, and have fun along the way.
